1. Who we are
ARCONZA is construction business management software for the web, Android and iPhone, run from India. This policy explains what we collect, why, where it is kept and what you can do about it. It applies together with our Terms & Conditions.
We do not sell your data, show ads or track you across other apps and websites.
2. What we collect

| Payments | Plan, amount, date and the payment ID. Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay and never reach us. |
| Technical | IP address, browser or device type and error logs, used to keep the service running and secure. A notification token if you turn on notifications. |
3. Why we use it
- To run the service: store your projects, sync them across devices and share them with the people you invite.
- To run the AI features you ask for: Recon, cost estimates and bill scanning.
- To take payments and keep billing records.
- To answer support requests, fix problems and protect accounts from misuse.
We use your data only for these purposes, on the basis of your consent and to provide the service you signed up for.
4. AI features
When you use an AI feature, the text, image or audio needed for that request is sent to an AI provider (currently Google Gemini and Groq) to produce the answer. Phone numbers and email addresses are masked before your text is sent. The provider returns a result; Recon shows you what it is about to save, and nothing is saved until you confirm.
AI results can be wrong. Check figures before you rely on them.
5. Who can see your data
- Your team: people you invite to a project see that project, limited to the access level you give them.
- Service providers that run parts of ARCONZA for us: Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage), Render (website server), Cloudflare (domain), Razorpay (payments), Google and Groq (AI features), Google and Apple (sign-in and notifications, if you use them). They process data only to provide their service.
- The law: when a valid legal request requires it.
6. Where it is stored
Your account and project data are stored with Supabase in Mumbai, India. The website server runs in Singapore. AI requests may be processed outside India, including in the United States. All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
The app also keeps a copy of your projects on your device so it works offline. Signing out removes the signed-in session from that device.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. If a paid plan ends, your data stays readable; it is not deleted.
When you delete your account, your sign-in, every project you own and all their data are removed. Copies in backups are removed when those backups expire. Billing records may be kept longer where tax law requires it.
8. Your rights
- See and export your data at any time (PDF and Excel exports in the app).
- Correct it in the app, or ask us.
- Delete your account in the app: Account → Delete account.
- Withdraw consent by deleting your account or writing to us.
- Complain: write to us first. If you are not satisfied, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access rules in the database let each person read only the projects they belong to, at their access level. Photos and videos are compressed on your device before upload. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The app stores your sign-in session, settings and offline copy in your browser or device storage so it can work.
11. Children
ARCONZA is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect and update the date above.
