What can Recon actually do?
38 actions today: material requests, approvals, rate requests, orders, deliveries, stock, attendance, payments, client bills, measurements, tasks, RERA, equipment and the Tally files. Say it in plain words and it opens the right form, already filled. You approve with one tap. Phone numbers and emails are masked before anything is sent.
Do my vendors need the app to send rates?
No. They get your rate request on WhatsApp with a link and send their rates from the phone, without signing in. A rate given on a call can be typed in.
How much does it cost?
One plan, priced by your team: ₹700 a month for you, and ₹600 a month for each user in each project. Pay once for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, up to 10% off, with all taxes included. Nothing renews on its own. Until launch, every account is free.
Which languages does Recon speak?
The app and Recon work in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Spanish and French. Type or talk to Recon; by voice it is best in Hindi and English, and the names you say are matched to the names saved in your project.
Is it right for a small contractor with one site?
Yes. One project with the full Construction side, all 13 stages, the BoQ, materials, labour and bills, is enough to run a single site end to end. Add projects and your team when you grow.
Does it work where the signal is weak?
Entries are saved on the phone as you make them and uploaded when the network returns. Photos are compressed on the phone and queued. A failed upload is retried, so nothing is lost or silently overwritten.
Can my site engineer see the money?
Only if you allow it. You set none, view or edit for each person and each module. The database enforces it, so a view-only member cannot change your figures.
Which phones does it run on?
Android, and any browser on a laptop or tablet. The iPhone app is being prepared.
