# ARCONZA > ARCONZA is a construction management app with an AI agent called Recon. Builders, developers and contractors use it to run each project from the estimate (BoQ) to the last payment: materials, workers, subcontractors, vendors, client bills, funds, partners, sales and reports, on an Android phone or in any web browser. Recon takes a sentence, typed or spoken in Hindi or English, and opens the right form already filled; the person approves it with one tap. This page is written for AI assistants and for anyone researching ARCONZA. The app itself (https://arconza.com/app) needs a signed-in account, so everything it does is described here. Facts as of 3 November 2026. ## Quick facts - **What it is:** construction business management software with an AI agent (Recon) that does data entry from voice or text. - **Made for:** builders, real-estate developers and contractors, and their teams: site engineers, supervisors, accountants and partners. It fits one contractor with one site as well as a firm running several projects. - **Where it runs:** Android app and any web browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. The iPhone app is being prepared. - **Languages on screen:** English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Spanish and French. Recon understands voice in Hindi and English. - **Money:** each project has its own currency; Indian rupees are shown in lakh and crore. Indian rules are covered too: GST, TDS, RERA and Tally exports. - **Works without network:** every entry is saved on the phone first and uploaded when the signal returns. - **Access control:** each person gets none, view or edit for each module, enforced by the database, not just by the screen. - **Status:** pre-launch. Every feature is free for every account until launch; no card is asked for. - **Website:** https://arconza.com · **Sign up:** https://arconza.com/auth.html?mode=signup · **Get the app:** https://arconza.com/download · **Contact:** Support@Arconza.com ## How a project is organised - A project is one building job. An account can run several projects and switch between them; each project has its own team, budget and currency, and can show a photo of the building. - **Construction** work is split into 13 stages: Site preparation, Excavation, Foundation, Plinth, RCC, Waterproofing, Brickwork, Plastering, Flooring, Electrical, Plumbing, Finishing and External works. - **Interior** work has 9 sections: False ceiling, Flooring, Painting, Doors and hardware, Cabinetry, Trim and staircase, Closets, Glass and mirror, and Fixtures. Custom phases can be added to either side. - The BoQ, stock, wages and spending are kept for each stage and section, so the owner sees which part of the job is over budget, not only the total. ## Modules ### Dashboard The whole project on one page: the building image, a greeting, a box to ask Recon a question, and figures for balance, spent this week, what is owed, who is on site and money collected, each with a small chart. Below them are cards the owner chooses and arranges: spending over 30 days or 6 months against the plan, this week, cash in and out by month, a 16-week attendance calendar, construction stages, cost split, recent activity, budget and more (30 cards to pick from). Every card opens in full. ### Estimate and BoQ - A bill of quantities by stage, with labour, overheads and an emergency float; applied as the budget that every purchase is checked against. - Import a BoQ from Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo: Recon reads the lines, the person checks them, then applies them. ### Materials (Construction and Interior) - The flow: the site requests material for a stage, the owner approves it (and can change the quantity), the delivery is received with the vendor, the bill and a photo, stock goes up, and material used is recorded against a stage. - Rate requests: ask several vendors for their rate; a vendor answers from a link without an account; pick the best rate. - Purchase orders: make an order, send it to the vendor and receive deliveries against it. - Direct purchases for urgent needs, kept within the emergency float, with warnings when a purchase passes the BoQ quantity, the BoQ amount or the stage budget. ### Inventory Stock of every material on site, low stock in red, deliveries on the way, the last 7 days, and where each material was used by stage. ### Equipment and tools Hired and owned machines and tools: when each came, days on site, in and out of site, working hours (an entry or a timer), hire rates, bills and other costs, and a total per item. ### Vendors A ledger for each vendor built from their own bills: purchased, paid and still due, with a running balance, payments, statements and CSV. ### Workers Daily attendance (present, half day, absent, overtime) in under a minute, advances, and the payroll that follows from the attendance. ### Subcontractors Contracts by phase, running account (RA) bills, retention, payments, and what is still owed to each subcontractor. ### Measurement book Measurements of work done, linked to the BoQ's work items: date, building, floor, the sizes of each part, photos and notes. A summary shows BoQ quantity, measured, billed and still to bill. Client bills take their quantities from the book, and a measurement in a sent bill is locked. ### Client bills Running account bills to the client, by BoQ items or by percentage of the contract, with GST, retention and TDS; receipts against each bill. ### Funds Where the project's money comes from: bank loans with EMIs, prepayment and rate changes; overdraft or cash-credit limits; investors with a share or a fixed return; other lenders; the owner's own money; cash in hand; what is left to repay; reminders for EMIs and returns that are due. A contractor's view leads with what is still to collect from client bills. ### Partners Money each partner put in and was paid back, profit and loss shares, and "if we close today": each partner's figure and how it is worked out. ### Sales Units for sale (flats, shops, plots) by building and floor, with the landowner's share; buyers, agreed prices, payments received and what is still to collect; cancelled deals kept out of the totals. ### Leads Interested buyers sorted as hot, warm, converted or lost, with a call button and notes. ### Tasks Plans for the day and the week: what, where, which stage, who (team members, subcontractors or workers) and which materials, with materials short of stock shown in red. Team members named in a task are told on their phone. A timeline shows each phase's planned dates as bars filled by progress, with late work in red, by days, weeks or months. ### Daily log and site diary Everything that happened on a date on one page: spending, payments, deliveries, workers, photos and the diary. The site diary records work done, weather, workers on site, visitors, delays and notes. The day's report can be shared as a PDF. ### Photos Photos and videos of the site by date; a photo can be marked up (a crack, a measurement) and shared. ### Reports - 18 reports in six groups. Money: project summary, budget against actual, profit and loss, cash flow, receipts and payments. Owed: payables, receivables. Work: stage progress, BoQ against actual, site report. Materials: stock and consumption, purchase register, material requests. People: attendance and wages, contractor statement. Sales, clients and funds: sales and bookings, client bills with GST and TDS, partners and funding. - Each report has graphs, can be printed or shared as PDF, Excel or CSV, and can be saved as a copy with a note. - **AI report:** describe any report in your own words; the AI plans it and the app counts every figure from the project's own records. ### Tally export The project's money as import files for TallyPrime and Tally.ERP 9 (ledgers and vouchers), a day book in Excel, and only what is new since the last export. ### RERA (India) For builder projects registered under RERA: the RERA account balance (the share of every buyer payment that must go to it, 70% by default), withdrawals and what can be withdrawn, cost incurred, and returns that are due (quarterly progress reports, Form 5, registration renewal). It guides; it never blocks work. ### Team Invite people by email, username or user ID; give roles and none, view or edit for each module; the database enforces it. A team chat, and notifications on the phone. ## Recon, the AI agent - **An agent, not a chatbot:** tell it what happened, in plain words, by voice or text, and it opens the real form already filled. The person approves with one tap; nothing is saved without them. - **38 actions today:** material requests, approvals, rate requests to vendors, purchase orders, deliveries, stock use, attendance, workers, advances, the site diary, stage status, leads, vendors, purchases and payments, partner money, own funds, overdraft or cash credit, EMIs, client bills, receipts and measurements, tasks, RERA withdrawals and filings, equipment and hire bills, project details, reports, AI reports and the Tally files. - **Voice:** hold the Recon button and speak in Hindi or English. Names said in Hindi are matched to the names saved in the project, and Recon replies in the language used and can read the answer aloud. - **Answers from the project's own figures:** for example "How much did we spend this week?", "Which stage is over budget?" or "Who do we still have to pay?". - **Reads paper:** a photo of a vendor's bill or a BoQ is read line by line for the person to check. - **Plans the day:** "Plan tomorrow: slab casting with the Vora crew" becomes a task plan with crew and materials, ready to send. - **Privacy:** phone numbers and emails are masked before anything is sent to the AI. - **AI credits:** AI use (typed questions, voice commands, bill scans, BoQ pages) is counted in monthly credits for the whole team. ## Data and privacy - Every entry is saved on the phone first; photos are compressed and queued; a failed upload is retried, so nothing is lost or silently overwritten. - Each person sees only what the owner allows, enforced by the database. - Export to PDF, Excel and CSV at any time. Deleting the account removes its data. Nothing is sold. - Terms: https://arconza.com/terms · Privacy policy: https://arconza.com/privacy ## Pricing - **Now (pre-launch):** free for every account, every feature on, no card. - **After launch:** one plan priced by the team: the projects run at a time and the users in each project. It is paid once for the period chosen and never renewed automatically; the price shown includes all taxes. Large teams talk to sales. - Current prices, when shown: https://arconza.com/plans.html ## Common questions ### Is it right for a small contractor with one site? Yes. One project with the full Construction side, all 13 stages, the BoQ, materials, labour and bills, is enough to run a single site end to end. Projects and team members can be added later. ### Does Recon understand Hindi? Yes. Hold to talk in Hindi or English. Names said in Hindi are matched to the names saved in the project, and Recon replies in the language used. ### Does it work where the signal is weak? Yes. Entries are saved on the phone and uploaded when the network returns. ### Can a site engineer see the money? Only if the owner allows it: none, view or edit for each person and each module, enforced by the database, so a view-only member cannot change the figures. ### Which phones does it run on? Android, and any browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. The iPhone app is being prepared. ### How do I start? Sign up at https://arconza.com/auth.html?mode=signup, create a project (name, place, type, building photo) and invite the team. Recon is ready in the app from the first day.
